Why I'm Running
For over 20 years, I have been actively involved in our community – serving on boards and committees with the goal of making our community the best it can and a place we are proud to call home. I’m ready to take the next step and work for you, our neighbors, families, and friends on the Olmsted County Board.
On the heels of a pandemic, we have the opportunity to build on the policies and direction set by prior county boards and reimagine how to deliver services that meet everyone’s needs and ultimately enhance quality of life. I’m ready to represent you by looking at issues with a fresh perspective, being approachable and accessible, and elevating the voices of those with lived experiences.
I look forward to meeting you in the coming months and learning how I can best represent you on the Olmsted County Board of Commissioners in District 5.
What I Would Like to Accomplish

Economic growth - partner with Olmsted County staff and other entities to listen, learn and ensure we are taking the right steps related to economic development and attracting business/industry.
Serving our aging population - support partnerships, policies and programs to address the needs of our aging population including housing, medical services, and spaces that are accessible for all.
Increase partnerships amongst various sectors - invite local city councils, township boards, education, non-profits, and business/industry to address the shared complex issues facing our community.
